- Lead the development and implementation of risk management standards and policies
- Analyze risks and escalate key issues for review and action
- Establish reporting processes for operational risks and other major risk categories
- Coordinate core operational risk programs such as Business Continuity Management
- Provide support for various risk areas including Market, Credit, and Regulatory risks
- Contribute to policy development and maintenance
- Undergraduate degree or technical certificate
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced understanding of risk management practices and frameworks
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Experience with Risk Management Policy & Framework
- End-user testing experience
- Operational risk management experience
- Knowledge of Archer platform
