- Collaborate with various teams within The Marketing Centers of Excellence (such as Advertising, Direct Marketing, Creative, Visual, Events, Email, Social Media, and more) to develop engaging and coherent marketing campaigns
- Act as a primary marketing support for merchant partners to secure optimal marketing offers and products that align with the central theme of each campaign
- Create or assist in creating campaign briefs to craft strategic marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition and retention
- Sustain involvement in larger marketing initiatives including store openings, focus weeks, theme weeks, major vendor initiatives, and partnerships
- Work closely with sample coordinator to ensure timely sample deadlines
- Preferred 2-year or Bachelor's Degree, but also open to candidates with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong business acumen, capable of swiftly assessing new environments and devising solutions that align with business objectives and cultural norms

The Entry Level Marketing & Communications team establishes the marketing strategy and master calendar for our company, ensuring consistent communication across all channels in alignment with the company's brand positioning. As part of this team, the Marketing & Communications Assistant will assist the Manager or Assistant Manager of Marketing & Promotions in creating and executing innovative marketing strategies, providing guidance for all print and digital communications for the assigned area of responsibility.
