The Hill at Whitemarsh, a beautiful community in Lafayette Hill, PA, is seeking a Part Time housekeeper . The ability to work rotating weekends and holidays is also required.

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the facility and its surroundings by cleaning, disinfecting and performing routine procedures that insures a clean, odor free, and safe environment for our residents, staff and guests.

EOEHousekeeping Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provides a clean, odor free, and safe environment for our residents and guestsCompletes weekly assignments in a timely manner through daily work schedules and through the Worx Hub system.

Ensures efficient completion of turnover and refurbishing of assigned units.

100 % regulatory compliance as determined by Quality Assurance surveys and informal inspectionsCleans, sanitizes and disinfects resident rooms/ apartments/ houses as assignedReports all safety and housekeeping concerns to ManagementAssists with annual deep cleanings of resident houses and apartmentsThe successful housekeeping candidate will have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
Ability to work independently and with othersGood customer service skillsDisplays good initiativeStrong communication skillsAbility to multi taskFlexible with schedule and assignmentsKnowledge of cleaning procedures in health care, or hotel setting or previous related experience preferredSafety awarenessMaintains effective performance under pressureEOE
