- Develop and validate manufacturing equipment and processes
- Collaborate with Advanced Manufacturing for smooth new product/process transfers
- Conduct engineering studies to enhance process reliability and product quality
- Design tooling and equipment and perform process capability studies
- Provide floor support and troubleshoot manufacturing process equipment
- Manage technical resources for new process/assemblies transfer
- Prioritize technical issues and drive continuous improvement
- Provide training on new products, equipment, and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Solidworks and/or AutoCAD
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FDA QSR's and ISO regulations
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering/Biomedical/Electromechanical Engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in Biomedical or High Volume manufacturing
- Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting high volume automated manufacturing equipment
