- Your experience providing training and user engagement sessions for end users At the interview, we will look for: Team BITS/CACI is looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and relentlessly organized leader/mentor to perform the role of Program Manager (PM)
- Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a polygraph in a timely manner
- Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience working in government IT development programs
- Five years experience as manager leading small to mid sized teams
- Demonstrated success in delivering functional code to the Government's satisfaction using agile design and development techniques
- Knowledge of the SAFe methodology
- A track record of delivering functional software via agile development methods These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
- Active TS/SCI poly or higher
- SAFe Agilist or SAFe Government Practitioner certification preferred.
- PMP
