    What We're Seeking:
    We are on the lookout for an outstanding individual to join our ranks as a Housekeeper. This individual will be diligent, align with our principles, and uphold the utmost cleanliness standards within our properties.
    Responsibilities:
    • Professionally clean and maintain Vacasa properties following specified company guidelines
    • Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces
    • Move furniture to clean hard-to-reach areas
    • Assist with laundry tasks as required
    • Ensure homes are welcoming for guests and well-cared for
    • Identify and report any damages, generating maintenance requests when needed
    • Dispose of trash and debris
    • Adhere to Housekeeping metrics
    • Participate in mandatory meetings
    • Replenish consumable items
    • Maintain hot tubs as necessary (training provided)
    • Other duties as assigned
    Requirements:
    • Reliable transportation
    • Smartphone and personal email
    • Availability on weekends
    • Keen attention to detail
    • Prior housekeeping experience is a plus, though Vacasa standards can be taught
    • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and lift over 20 pounds
    • Basic computer and smart device proficiency
    • Internet access for daily email checks
    Compensation:
    $22.00/hr
    $250 sign-on bonus
