    The MIXT and Split restaurants family is seeking a talented Shift Lead to join our team.     Shift Leads play a crucial role in creating a positive guest experience, fostering a fun and safe work atmosphere, and ensuring smooth business operations. Your responsibilities include opening and closing the store, offering managerial support, maintaining high service and quality standards daily, and being adaptable to perform various tasks as needed.

    What we're looking for:
    • 1+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in the food service industry
    • Strong communication skills
    • Team Player
    • Composure and professionalism at all times
    • Effective time management and organizational skills

    • Perform physical tasks as needed
    • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours daily
    What you'll be doing:
    • Maintain a positive attitude and assist customers
    • Resolve conflicts and provide coaching
    • Ensure proper timekeeping and cash handling
    • Oversee store cleanliness and organization
    • Work on food production planning
    • Ensure compliance with standards and health codes
    • Support inventory management
    • Perform additional duties assigned by your Manager
