- Review and analyze contract documents
- Coordinate with internal customers to ensure documentation complies with company policies
- Review and process customer changes
- Track timeframe of start of construction, and coordinate with all parties to ensure proper lumber arrives at the jobsite
- Prepare pre-start documentation for construction team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, 365 and One Note is a plus
- Exceptional customer relations when working with both internal and external customers
- Ability to work both independently and with an administrative team
- Organization skills with a strong attention to detail
- Sales, settlement, loan or appraisal processing experience in Real Estate or Homebuilding, preferred
- Typing speed of 50 wpm or 250 cpm
