    Role Description:

    This position is responsible for planning, developing, writing, submission and implementation of techniques, processes systems, procedures, and work instructions for controlling and maintaining the Food safety and Quality systems for all goods supplied by Butterball Farms. Provides support to other business units as requested.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in food related, microbiology or related field required.
    • Master's degree in food safety preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Systems Management
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Supervision required.
