    Synergy Companies is a full service Energy management contractor specializing in residential and small commercial energy upgrade products and services.

    Synergy Companies is looking for a new Admin to join our Stockton team. Being a part of the SYnergy team allows you to help people in need in your community. You'll have the daily opportunity to help change someone's life by making their homes more comfortable, safer, and more energy efficient.

Each year, millions of dollars are set aside. These dollars are utilized by the utility companies to offer energy -saving-series and products to customers throughout California. Synergy Companies is privileged to be a trusted partner with the utilities that get to deliver these No-Cost products and services directly to the customers.

    Admin in Permits include:

    • Ability to interact with the public, staff, customers and outside agencies with patience, tact, respect, and professionalism
    • Other duties may be assigned
    • Responsible for answering heavy call volume for the programs
    • Calculates, communicates, Collects, processes, and documents all related department fees included

    A permit specialist's job is to process applications for building permits or construction projects. Must be able to give applicants the correct information in case they have questions.

    Who we are looking for:

    • Excellent knowledge of Federal, State, and Local permits
    • Strong understanding of environmental regulations
    • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability to read and interpret maps, blueprints, and schematics
    • Proficiency in microsoft office suite and other related software programs
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Problem -solving and critical thinking skills
    • Flexibility and adaptability to change priorities and deadlines

    Education and / or experience:

    • 1 year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferably in business administration public administration
    • Must be computer literate, effectively utilizing standard and specialized office software and systems in the performance of duties.
