    3rd Shift (7:00pm-7:00am)

    The IML Specialist is responsible for maintaining optimized performance of IML automated equipment on the Injection Molding floor. This is a key technical support position with opportunity for training, development, and career growth.

    Communicate and work with equipment operators, product operators, fellow technicians, other departments, and leadership to keep them informed of maintenance problems and activities.

    Complete a daily walk through and inspection of all IML automation.
    Perform daily Pit Stop PMs on IML automation.
    May be required to make minor mechanical or program adjustments to optimize performance of IML automation.
    Perform minor mechanical repairs to IML automation.

    Assist and participate in Maintenance training programs and on the job training to develop a skilled and efficient maintenance team.

    Preferred 1+ years of work experience as an IML Technician.
    Entry-level knowledge of PLC's ladder logic, I/O, and machine control devices.
    Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
    Working knowledge of machine vision systems (Cognex, Acquire).
    Must be able to work from elevated platforms and ladder lifts.
