RN/LPN Weekend Option | 12hr Days | Premium Pay
$5,000 SIGN ON BONUS for Full-Time
We are looking for a dedicated RN/LPN nurse to work 12-hour shifts Full-time every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at our Raybrook Skilled Nursing Campus.

Position Overview:
The RN/LPN Floor Nurse will provide nursing care for residents on the 3rd floor, where 50 residents receive long term and memory care services.
Responsibilities include administering medication, dressing changes, vital signs monitoring, treatments as prescribed by physicians, and supervising CNA's.
Primary Location: 2121 Raybrook St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546 | 3rd floor
Hours of Work: 6:30am-7pm
Weekly Scheduled Hours: 36
