    Job Summary:

    Responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the assigned Wintel Server team. Serves as a liaison between the broader Wintel Server team, other IT teams and stakeholders for service management, projects, and other initiatives.

    Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

    PRIMARY REPSPONSIBILITES

  • Manages the team and available capacity; participates in and provides direction and support on daily tasks and activities.
  • Delivers projects and initiatives, meets project milestones, and communicates issues/risks.
  • Manages, configures and administers applicable environments across the enterprise.
  • Enforces best practices including but not limited to; change management, security management, standardization, documentation, backup and data retention, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
  • Ensures service uptime by actively participating in and troubleshooting all related application issues and providing timely resolutions.
  • Works in conjunction with relevant IHT infrastructure, security and compliance teams to configure and report on security aspects of the environment.
  • Develops and documents operational procedures, knowledge base articles and end user documentation.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    • EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

    • EXPERIENCE

  • Four years' experience

    • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
  • Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
  • Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
  • Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
  • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
  • Rare climbing.
