- Generate and provide relevant innovation consumers, sensory and neuroscience models to support the consumer centric model with the ultimate goal to deliver differentiated and unique fine fragrance solutions that will resonate with clients & consumers bringing added value to FF teams and the company.
- Continues scope & measure of emotional, wellness and new benefits of a fragrance for an everchanging consumer to support innovation initiatives to ensure relevancy and route to market
- Review and adjust when necessary testing protocols (fundamentals, on skin in use etc) for Innovation and Go to Market projects to ensure we use the top in class validation models and close to consumer reality to win and replicate clients test.
- Work with Innovation teams through the innovation process to provide guidance on consumer centric approach, ensure the use of right CI & sensory methods and storytelling to sell the product to internal & external stakeholders.
- Creation of new models to bring newness, benefit models, neuroscience and market growth eliminating cannibalization among fragrance creation.
