    GreenTree is actively seeking a creative, innovative, and ambitious individual to be our Limited Service – Hotel General Manager in Pasadena, CA.


    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Responsible for managing daily hotel operations in a limited service hotel
    Improve hotel's overall performance and achieve budget/plan
    Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction and brand standards compliance
    Hire, train and monitor team member performance, providing supervision, professional development, scheduling and evaluations
    Conduct staff meetings and work with team to set and achieve goals
    Conduct guestroom, cleanliness and general property inspections
    Monitor daily room inventory and comp set rates to ensure competitiveness and assess price-value
    Coordinate and lead sales & marketing activities, including local sales
    Conduct monthly meetings with Corporate Office on hotel performance
    Experience in forecasting, budgeting and P&L management
    EQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS AND DESIRED TRAITS
    Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management or Business, preferred.
    At least 2-3 years of related work experience in a limited service hotel.
    Ability to take ownership of activities and follow through to completion.
    Experience in a fast-pace, high energy and demanding work environment.
