We're looking for a thinker and a doer who is equal parts intellectually rigorous and creatively curious, with an instinct for relating a good story and a penchant for making the complex simple.
The ideal candidate should have demonstrated skills inmappingout communications plans, brand ecosystemsand architecturesfor advertising campaigns,providing platform expertise & innovation opportunities, and ideating with creatives and digital partners to optimize execution.
Develop integrated communications plans, utilizing your passion for uncovering audience behaviors by building consumer journeys and channel recommendations
Bring communications thinking to life by providing innovative channel and platform-specific best practices and best-in-class examples to inspire creative team
Contribute to making a big idea relevant across the entirety of the brand campaign ecosystem
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner agencies on developing and delivering communications POVs inclusive of media and innovative marketing tactics
Actively monitor community, culture and brand conversation, insights, and ideas for the brand to act on
Keep tabs on the competitive landscape and share industry news/innovations in the category space on an ongoing basis
Uncover audience insights and behaviors to influence communications plans
Work across multiple clients with the ability to manage relationships at all levels, responding to client questions, requests or needs
Experience with pitching and winning organic and net new business
Qualifications
10+yearsofexperience incommunications strategy planning, preferably at an agency where they have experience in balancing multiple brands/streams of work.
Track record of exceptional communications strategy outputs, developing compelling, focused briefs and strategic frameworks for different needs & across all channels.
Impeccable attention to detail with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Strategic client partner and a fearless team leader with the ability to harness your influence to sell-in and defend work, pushing creative work to be its very best.
Comfort working with teams at all levels to build strong relationships across agency leads and create growth opportunities for Communications.
Resilient – help to build acomms/CRM/UXculture inside the agency and with the client.
What We Offer
Competitive Salary:
$200,000-$215,000, commensurate with experience
