    Description

    Available Position: Lead Infant Teacher

    About Us:

    Our childcare center has recently expanded, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as the lead infant teacher.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure compliance with EEC regulations, NAEYC standards, and organizational policies
    • Develop and implement engaging curriculum tailored to individual children's needs
    • Lead daily activities and maintain a positive learning environment
    • Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders
    • Supervise children during all program activities
    • Complete required documentation and reports
    • Contribute to family strengthening through communication and events
    • Act as a mentor and role model
    • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
    • Participate in staff meetings and training programs
    • Assist in performance evaluations

    Requirements:

    • Minimum age of 21 years
    • Meet EEC qualifications for Lead Teacher
    • Hold CPR/AED and First Aid certifications
    • Evidence of recent physical examination
    • Immunity to measles, mumps, and rubella
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
    • Capable of handling physical demands of the job
    • Availability for flexible work hours
    • Excellent oral communication skills
    • Understanding of Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility principles
