- Position Summary This position is per diem with variable hours.
- Ensures a safe and secure environment for the Residents, Staff, Visitors, and property of CHCC/Anderson Inn/Quarry Hill in compliance with all Federal and State regulations; responsible for the safe operation of equipment and physical skills necessary in maintaining grounds throughout the Quarry Hill campus which includes mowing, edging, tilling, mulching, irrigation, and drainage as required.

- Education: N/A
- License/Certifications: Must produce valid Maine driver's license prior to operating on-road equipment.
- Experience: N/A
- Must become familiar with the safe operations of power and hand tools necessary in performing daily tasks, and ask for any additional training necessary.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with other Staff, Residents, and Visitors.
