    Qualifications:
    Completed or working toward a college degree, preferably in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain)

    Previous internship or related experience in procurement, supply chain, or project management is a plus

    Possess excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Proficiency in Microsoft products (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint)

    Self-starter, good time management, with the ability to communicate in a professional manner

    Ability to work well independently, and within a team

    Commitment to continuous improvement and the organization's mission


    Responsibilities:

    Assist in Vendor Management:
    Support the procurement team in vendor identification, evaluation, and selection.

    Maintain and update vendor databases and contact information.

    Assist in conducting vendor performance assessments.


    Market Research and Analysis:
    Conduct research on industry trends, pricing, and suppliers to help inform procurement decisions.

    Assist in analyzing market dynamics and competitor information.


    Documentation and Compliance:
    Help maintain procurement documentation, including contracts, agreements, and records.

    Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

    Work within procurement systems to better understand our processes.


    Collaboration and Communication:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement initiatives.

    Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.


    Continuous Improvement:
    Identify areas for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions.

    Participate in projects aimed at enhancing procurement efficiency and effectiveness.

    Perform any other duties as assigned.
