    This role will at times require verbal and written communications with SitusAMC staff as well as SitusAMC Clients.


    Essential Job Functions:


    Maintain Active Directory for corporate computers and usersMaintain user accounts and permissions for all corporate and client-based systems to include all proprietary systems being used by SitusAMCCreates, modifies, and deletes user and service accountsCreates, modifies, and deletes security groups and attributes within multiple applicationsResolves issues referred from help desk related to security accessTracks day to day request and completes requests within established time framesAssist in documenting problem resolutions into the appropriate systemsDeals effectively with people and clearly communicates verbally and in writingPlans, organizes and coordinates work assignments and prioritizes workloadOther activities as may be assigned by your managerQualifications/ Requirements:Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceIntermediate-level support staff with 2-4 years of relevant experience.

    Knowledge of Active Directory helpfulKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite helpfulSelf-motivated team playerMust have the ability to work independently and prioritize your workloadExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating systems to include Windows 10Strong communication (oral, technical, and written) skillsStrong analytical ability, good judgment, strategic and multidimensional thinkerProblem solves using interpersonal relations and diplomacy skillsDetail oriented and organizedRequires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 poundsRequires attending any department provided training.

    Requires the ability to work shifts outside of normal working hoursRequires the ability for overnight travel, up to 25%Requires the ability for extended travel in the event of a catastrophic eventRequires the ability to be on call and support a 24x7x365 operationsRequires the ability to support both planned and unplanned eventsSpecial Requirements:
    The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employment

    Job Location:

    Remote, RE, USACountry:
    USAThe annual full time base salary range for this role is ($46,800 - $65,000).

    Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data.

    Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.

    SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.

    All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
