    Assistant Executive Director

    As an Assistant Executive Director, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of the facility to ensure the highest standards of care. Your responsibilities will include planning, organizing, team meetings, marketing, budgeting, overseeing clinical and medical care, and promoting performance improvement aligned with the company's mission.

    Pay Range: $XX,XXX - $XX,XXX/year

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
    • Experience in alcohol and drug addiction counseling
    • Supervision/management experience in clinical services
    • Licensure as a drug and alcohol counselor
    • Valid driver's license
    • Ability for localized travel

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and enforce policies and procedures
    • Manage operational and fiscal aspects of the organization
    • Participate in Performance Improvement initiatives
    • Ensure team orientation and training
    • Establish and maintain community relationships
    • Supervise and train teammates
    • Maintain personnel files
    • Ensure documentation compliance
    • Promote health and safety standards
    • Attend meetings and training sessions
    • Other duties as needed
