- Ensure completion of clinical documentation according to policy guidelines
- Build therapeutic relationships with patients and their loved ones
- Deliver 20-25 hours of direct client care weekly
- Lead intensive outpatient program groups 3 times per week
- Conduct admission assessments professionally and courteously
- Participate in clinical supervision
- Attend team meetings and collaborate on patient treatment goals
- Provide therapy sessions for patients and their support systems
- Conduct utilization reviews for insurance companies
- Participate in research activities
- Offer training and support to clinical care coordinators
- Participate in prior authorizations and utilization reviews for various treatments
- Assist with accreditation and credentialing
- Make referrals to other service lines as needed
- Intervene therapeutically in patient treatments
- Master's or Doctorate degree in relevant field
- Completion of required state licensure
- Hold certifications in BLS, CPR, AED, and First Aid
- Valid driver's license
