- An iD Tech Online Instructor is responsible for representing iD Tech's engaging, skill-building, and inspirational educational experience in an online format.
- Online Instructors are responsible for implementing curriculum and tailoring instruction to the goals and interests of individual students.
- Candidates must have a quiet place to teach, reliable internet connection, and their own computer.
- Must have a good "stage-presence" on camera and be able to engage students remotely in conversation.

- California: $17/hr unless minimum wage is higher, in which case pay rate will be compliant with minimum wage.
- Employees in areas outside of California that have a minimum wage higher than $16/hr will be paid an hourly rate compliant with minimum wage.
