- Provides a high level of customer service in a busy and fast-paced environment while working at the front reception desk.
- Handles and services all student questions and inquiries with care and a smile.
- Supports the Customer Experience Manager with acceptance of all new students, ensuring that all booking details are entered correctly. Also assists with the visa process from start to finish as needed.
- Ensures all student records meet accreditation standards and remain in compliance with student visa regulations working with both SEVIS and ACCET guidelines.
- Responds quickly and accurately to enquiries and correspondence with overseas administrative offices regarding all student booking and visa requests.
- Supports the weekly intake and registration process ensuring intake materials are prepared in advance and student documents are properly logged in an internal database.
- Handles all general student questions and inquiries.
• - Assists with student arrivals and departures ensuring safe transfers to and from local airports on time to ensure smooth travel experiences.
- Supports with customer service, collecting student evaluations, and following up to ensure all customers are having a positive experience.
• - Support students with questions regarding insurance claims and doctor visits.
