    Drybar Hair Stylists / Cosmetologists Also Enjoy These Perks:

    • Hourly wages, tips and commissions (Starting base hourly pay ranging from $11.00-$12.50 PLUS commissions and tips)
    • Higher hourly pay for stylists who work on weekends
    • Commissions on retail, braids, updos, extensions, & add-on services
    • Blowout, braid, and updo training that's paid
    • Opportunities to grow through management and education career paths (in fact, 100% of our Dallas/Fort Worth Leadership Team was promoted from within)
    • Flexible schedules that are set

    We are looking for a hair stylist who has:

    • A current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying
    • Available to work Fridays-Sundays (weekend stylists are paid a higher hourly rate)
    • Amazing hair styling and finishing skills
    • A desire to provide exceptional service
    • Strong communication skills
    • Drive and motivation, and
    • Ability to work with and be a part of a team.

    Hey cosmetology students We also accept applications from those attending cosmetology school (HOWEVER must have a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist).
