    Want to travel and save lives? Do you enjoy helping people in the community?


    This is a perfect position for someone who is passionate about helping people who are suffering because of the opioid epidemic in the USA.

    You must be willing to travel and live in rural areas 3-4 months per location. Excellent salary, benefits, and most living expenses paid.


    You will provide social assistance to those who are underserved and help them to get transportation to their much-needed appointments to keep them on their path to recovery.


    You must be able to create relationships easily and engage with community members and local organizations to raise awareness and connect them to the resources offered within their communities and by our company.

    Position Requirements


    Required Qualifications:
    Ability to travel or relocate regularly for extended periods of time to targeted rural regions as needed
    Be approachable, authentic, and professional
    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
    A commitment to exceptional customer service
    Be kind, empathetic, respectful, and assertive


    Preferred Qualifications:
    5 years of extensive experience with the 12 Step Program
    Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Dynamics and CRMs


    Responsibilities:
    Communicate daily with management and staff, community organizers, business owners, medical and non-medical personnel, and members of the community at large
    Implement outreach strategies to engage community members, including individuals, families, and diverse populations
    Work with the unhoused population and people who want to take their first steps towards recovery
    Conduct community needs assessments to identify gaps in services and determine the needs of the target population
    Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, participant interactions, and program outcomes for reporting and evaluation purposes
    Coordinate team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills
    Respect individuals from all backgrounds, building dignity and rapport
