    Description
    Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst at MARCORSYSCOM.

    Responsibilities You will oversee the development of contract documents and provide guidance and management of tasks and activities assigned to personnel.

    You will develop and report on the status of projects or programs which will include the use of technical performance metrics.

    You will plan, develop, defend, execute, and manage budget requests and spend plans. You will establish, develop, and approve methodology to conduct analytic assessments in accordance with developed and published project plans. You will gather and manage data in order to determine and maintain metrics.

    You will formulate recommendations and make presentations to report status, convey information, and request decisions from senior leadership of internal and external organizations.

    Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.


    Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

    Overseeing the development of contract documents, planning and developing budget requests, conducting analytical assessments of projects and programs, and formulating program improvement recommendations for leadership personnel.

    PPP applicants will be placed at the FPL, if determined Well Qualified (WQ). To receive priority consideration, the FPL must be the same grade level or equivalent of the retained grade or the grade held immediately prior to separation.
