- Remove parts from baskets/containers or offload conveyor
- Load/transfer parts on fixtures as required
- Activate welder
- 100% inspection of automatic welds, nuts, and studs
- Place rejected parts in designated area
- Maintain performance standard
- Maintain Quality Standards (TS16949 or IATF)
- Process hourly/daily paperwork as required
- Housekeeping- contribute to the effort to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Adhere to all safety rules and regulations and report all incidents and unsafe conditions
- Participate in activities to support continuous improvement
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to complete visual quality inspections
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Good verbal communication skills as evidenced in peer relations.
- Ability to work independently at multiple stations as a member of the production team
- Ability to lift/pull/push loads of 10-40 lbs at an expected rate
