This service originates form the home of the individual and is generally delivered in the community.
Role of Direct Support Providers
We are currently seeking a Direct Service Provider for the following opportunity:
Seeking a mature person (male or female) with some experience to be a Direct Support Provider to our adult son who is 37yrs old with Down Syndrome. He is quiet and shy at first, but he likes watching detective shows, doing art projects, and having indoor visits. A goal is to expand these interest to outdoor activities someday. Outdoor activities can be a simple lunch outing or art projects outside. 3 to 6 hours a week at $20/hour. Reliable transportation needed.
