- Performs routine tasks related to help desk support. Coordinate with functional subject matter experts to resolve end user issues.
- Supports master data management.
- Supports production interface processing.
- Assists in generating reporting and analyzing data.
- Supports system testing for release management.
- Supports production operations including monitoring interfaces and resolving interfacing data issues.
- Supports documentation development of releases, upgrades, planned maintenance, schedules, standard operating procedures, and business process efforts.
- Prepare documentation required for customer.
- Secret Clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A FINAL Secret adjudicated clearance is required to start.
- Two (2) years of relevant experience with IT systems or relevant business operations
- Familiarity with help desk systems such as the National Help Desk Service Manager (NHDSM) or similar is desirable.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive level positions.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally.
- An Associates degree
- A High School Diploma, and four (4) years of relevant experience with IT systems or relevant business operations can be substituted for the Associates Degree.
