    Overview **Superior Air-Ground Ambulance Service, Inc.** is the leading independent Emergency Medical Service provider in Northern Illinois and Northwest Indiana. We offer a range of services including wheelchair transportation, Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support, and Critical Care Ground Transportation, along with Critical Care Rotary Air Transportation. Our success is attributed to the exceptional customer service provided by our dedicated employees. **Job Title**: Customer Service Representative **Company**: Superior Air-Ground Ambulance Service, Inc. **Responsibilities** - Answer, screen, and direct calls for entire company - Determine the need for emergency transportation - Coordinate transport for facilities based on required level of care for patients - Organize specialty and critical care transportation - Provide information and assistance for customer service inquiries - Collaborate with various departments and EMS personnel - Assist customers in arranging appropriate transport - Resolve customer service issues effectively - Direct calls to the Flight desk as needed - Perform other assigned duties **Qualifications** - Excellent phone etiquette - Strong attention to detail - Typing skills of 30 words per minute or higher - Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment - Adaptable to changing policies - Willingness to learn facility policies and procedures - Medical background preferred - EMD certification required within 1 year of employment **Superior Air-Ground Ambulance Service, Inc.** is dedicated to attracting and retaining top talent.
