    Job Summary

    Dynamic Service Solutions is currently seeking a Contract Manager who will oversee the daily operations for the direct preparation, negotiation and management of company's contracts related to sales, rental, business proposals, services, or purchase. Responsible for the procurement of goods and services of the company as well as its contracts between company and clients or business partners, developing implementing, and negotiating contract terms and conditions, generating reports, analyzing, and drafting contracts, and maintaining proper electronic records.

    Essential Functions:
    1. Support procurement function and maintain all aspects of purchasing, negotiations, strategy, tool and process implementation for procurement related to goods and services.
    2. Negotiates favorable contractual terms and conditions with suppliers and other business entities.
    3. Delivers on cost reduction commitments through the identification, development, and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives.
    4. Develops and implements efficiencies, standardized tools, practices, and procedures shortening the quotation, RFP and decision making and evaluation time.
    5. Develops, implements, maintains procurement policies and review on a regular basis to ensure relevance and conformance with best practices and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
    6. Assesses new requests to clarify scope, engage reviewers as needed, and determine type of agreement required.
    7. Effectively manages high volume of agreements with contractors, defining deliverables, specifications, and contract terms to ensure fully defined scopes of work.
    8. Works with legal, financial and procurement teams as necessary for approvals and purchasing requirements.
    9. Facilitates communication with internal stakeholders.
    10. Develop strong relationships with all clients and vendors.
    11. Processes purchase order requisitions.
    12. Serves as vendor liaison and coordinates all vendor paperwork.
    13. Tracks the flow of requests through custom workflow tool to ensure timely execution of all projects.
    14. Keeps accurate records for budgetary programmatic requirements and to ensure proper financial tracking.
    15. Supports the team with general operations duties as needed.
    16. Other task and responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualification and Requirements
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Contract Management or related business field.
    • 5 years of full-time professional experience in field of study.
    • Certification in Contract Administration preferred.
    • Strong analytical, project management and critical thinking skills.
    • Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation.
    • Balance sheet and asset management.
    • Experience in procurement cycle, contracts, finance (budgeting, control and reporting) for a nonprofit or business with multiple funding sources, including government (federal and state) contracts/grant.
    Working Conditions/ Physical Effort

    Work is performed mostly in an office setting. Some overnight travel, public speaking, evening and weekend work are requirements of the position. Regular computer works also required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; sit; finger, handle, or feel objects, or controls; reach; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
