- Answer incoming calls to assess service availability and funding sources.
- Schedule client intake appointments, verify funding data, and secure necessary authorizations.
- Create Referral Demographic documents using NextGen EHR.
- Forward faxed referrals and client details to various JFCS sites via email or scanning.
- Input information into the tracking system.
- Support clients in accessing external resources when JFCS intake services are unavailable.
- Complete other job-related tasks as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, spoken and written.
- Prior experience in customer service or call center is preferred.
- Maintain DPS fingerprint clearance.
