Join our Anesthesia Team at Integrative Anesthesia Services (IAS)!

Integrative Anesthesia Services (IAS), a service line of Integrative Healthcare (IES), in partnership with Tucson Medical Center (TMC), is looking for CRNAs to be part of our dynamic team. Our Care Team Model offers a unique approach where you can choose the number of hours you want to work per week and the weeks you want to work per year.

About the CRNA Practice

Focus on General Anesthesia practice (Excluding CV, OB, or pediatric patients under 9)
Full-time Schedule: 4 shifts/week (2-10-hour & 2-12-hour shifts) with flexibility
Care Team Model provides hands-on Anesthesia with support (1:3 ratio)
26 dedicated locations for General Anesthesia services
Option for Saturday/Sunday weekend shifts from 7 AM to 5 PM
Rotational call duties with limited calls and weekend shifts
Handling cases including ENT, General, GI, GYN, Neuro, Surgical ONC., Ophth, Oral/Max, Ortho, Plastics, Peds (9 yrs. and older), Uro, and Vascular
Subspecialty services like Cardiac, OB, and Pediatrics have separate teams without shifts and calls under General Anesthesia services
Documentation using EPIC system
