- Monitoring the expo line for new food tickets, organizing them accordingly, and running food to the appropriate table.
- Monitoring the bar well for freshly prepared beverages and running them to the appropriate table.
- Maintaining constant communication with the cooks, servers and bartenders to communicate any guest issues.
- Interacting with the guests appropriately and retrieving any additional items requested following drink/food delivery.
- Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables and delivering to the appropriate dish washing station.
- Ensuring your service teammates are adequately supplied with glassware, plateware and utensils at all service stations.
- Being fun, enthusiastic and exuding lots of energy throughout each shift.
- Bringing the infamous Austin vibe to our service model and creating the perfect Electric Shuffle experience.
- Being able to work as part of a team, delivering consistent service with an attention to detail, even when under pressure.
- Possessing excellent organizational skills and exuding efficiency.
- Bringing new and creative ideas to how we do things.

WHAT IS THE JOB?
Our team is looking for a dedicated team of food and drink Runners/Bussers to join us on our mission to turn the ordinary into extraordinary. To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for the following on a daily basis:
