    Associate Director of Spotify Business Marketing - Global

    The Spotify Advertising Business Marketing team mission is to inspire advertisers and marketers to connect with billions of fans.

    The Associate Director of Spotify Business Brand Marketing, Global will lead all our marketing strategy and efforts aimed at deepening engagement with advertisers & agencies globally.

    We are looking for a seasoned brand marketer who is passionate about creativity, an excellent collaborator and effective operator.

    We are a fast-paced company that requires leaders to be able to anticipate, react and activate teams quickly to keep pace with the market.

    This position reports to the Global Director of Business Marketing, Brand.
    Build our B2B brand leadership within the industry. Increase Spotify Advertising brand momentum & equity with brands, businesses big and small
    Responsible for owning B2B Brand architecture, messaging framework, brand value props and positionings.
    Support sales teams with customer-led narratives and enablement materials that spotlight Spotify Advertising's differentiation and partner on sales trainings
    Translate our product solutions into easy-to-digest, actionable ways for businesses to achieve their objectives

    Define messaging throughout the year to activate at core, industry tentpole (CES, Cannes, Ad Week) inclusive of Measurement, Podcasts, Brand + Performance Solutions and Brand Safety.

    Lead a small but mighty team to partner with Product Marketing in developing marketing plans, support GTM initiatives; Partner with Consumer, Comms and experiential teams so we show up as one brand in the world

    Build Spotify Advertising brand and support global programs at scale, developing measurable strategy and ensuring greater brand consistency in our execution across our product GTM and channels.

    Deliver new and strategically resonant messaging and sales materials, managing complex internal processes and multiple stakeholders to deliver deeper client engagement and significant business growth
    Anticipate coming changes in the advertising market and is a forward thinker in how we can lead the market
    Become a trusted leader within Spotify's advertising business, partnering effectively with Ad Product Marketing, Sales leadership, Comms and other XFN teams
    Be obsessed with the Spotify Advertising platform; our data, research, ad products, podcasts, measurement and enabling success for our customers
    12+ years of experience in marketing; agency, brand, or sales marketing experience a plus
    ~ Demonstrates ability to deliver clear, fresh effective narratives and B2B marketing ideas
    ~ Has deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem, and ability to clearly communicate how complex products can service the goals of various businesses
    ~ Experience in global marketing, managing a global brand and understanding regional business context
    ~ Analytical, data-driven mindset coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills - experience successfully crafting messaging and sales narratives as well as analyzing impact
    ~ Ability to present confidently and positively influence senior executives within the company and with clients

    Prefer an office to work from home instead? The United States base range for this position is $152,054 - $217,177 plus equity.

    The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave.
