    We are currently seeking an experienced Clinician to join our team as the Program Manager II of outpatient programs. Individual should provide oversight and guidance that aligns with the core values and long-term goals of Child & Family Center.

    Salary Range (final salary offer is based on a number of factors, such as certifications, experience, and more):

    $85,591.00 to $100,000.00 annually

  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Licensed professional: LMFT, LCSW or Licensed 3+ years.
  • 3 years' of community mental health or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisor/management experience
  • Bilingual skills highly preferred (i.e., Spanish or other language relevant to the clients' needs).
  • Experience working with DMH paperwork
  • Must possess a valid California driver's license and maintain an insurable driving record under the Clinics' liability policy. May be required to obtain a Class II California driver's license.
  • Must pass all applicable health, fingerprint/LiveScan and DMV clearances.
  • JOB PURPOSE:

    The PM II –Outpatient Clinical position promotes the agency's mission by providing direct and indirect supervision of program staff including but not limited to: Clinical Supervisors and Senior Clinicians, well as overseeing the daily operations of the Outpatient department. The PM II – Outpatient Clinical adheres and holds staff accountable to all Child & Family Center Program Policies and Procedures and represents the organization in the community when needed.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Supervise and manage Clinical Supervisors and Senior Clinicians as applicable within the Outpatient Mental Health programs. Supervise and manage direct care clinical staff and administrative support staff when needed.
  • Ensure services are conducted as required for all enrolled clients/families.
  • Ensure staff adherence to agency policy and procedures, developing protocols in coordination with the Quality, Compliance and Training Department, for safety and/or uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all State and County contracts and grants.
  • Provide ongoing review to ensure compliance of scope of work and deliverables.
  • Provide staff training and oversight to ensure services are provided and documented in accordance with all applicable legal, ethical, Agency and contractual requirements.
  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision on a weekly basis.
  • Conduct program evaluations and provide reports.
  • Create efficiencies in access to services and treatment protocols.
  • Ensure staff meet the established productivity/billing expectations, documentation standards, contract and/or agency requirements.
  • Ensure clinical oversight and guidance of Outpatient services for clients/families.
  • Attend off-site meetings with community partners and collaborators.
  • Engage in community outreach efforts to promote the Center's programs and services.
  • Provide support for supervisors and staff when dealing with crisis situations, on-site or in the field.
  • Take part in Supervisor or Administrator on-duty rotation.
  • Create and maintain schedules for on-duty rotations, group supervision cohorts, and other schedules as needed.
  • Be on-call for direct care staff and Outpatient Clinical Supervisors as needed.
  • Provide direct clinical services and individual/group clinical supervision for direct care staff as needed.
  • Facilitate and/or coordinate clinical groups for direct care staff with focus on specialty services.
  • All other relevant duties as assigned.
  • WORK SCHEDULE:

    FLSA Status: Exempt – Full Time

    Work-Week: Sunday – Saturday

  • Actual work schedule as agreed with Direct Supervisor and based on business/program needs.
  • Work Schedule subject to change based on Center's needs.
  • Must work onsite at least two days per week, up to five days per week. Must be available to attend Center and Community meetings in-person.
  • SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:

    Directly supervises Outpatient Clinical Supervisors and Senior Clinicians as well as indirect staff when needed.
