The Director of Innovative Home Services (IHS) oversees the private duty program at The Village at Gleannloch Farm s.
As a life care community, our residents have options to support them as health needs change, and Innovative Home Services (IHS) private duty is an important part of the care and services provided on our campus.
The IHS Director is responsible for initiating, implementing, and evaluating goals and objectives for quality services which meet and promote our standards of excellence and quality, and contributes to our entire organization.
You are excited about this opportunity because you will:
Providing leadership in the objectives, standards of care, and policies and procedures affecting the agency and the community.
Demonstrates excellent customer service at all times and guides agency personnel to uphold the standards of the Extraordinary Impressions Hospitality Promises .
Coordinates and oversees client services provided by agency personnel. Ensures high quality and safe delivery of services provided.
Determines private duty needs and assigns appropriate personnel in collaboration with the IHS Manager.
Communicates and collaborates with clients, family members, community leadership, associates, and referral sources.
Directs provision of care to meet high-quality standards and service excellence.
Maintains an ongoing marketing plan to increase utilization of services and revenue.
Recruits, hires, evaluates, and terminates agency personnel.
Implements training program, competencies, and skills development.
Reviews financial outcomes and operating results on an on-going basis and assists the Executive Director in the preparation and administration of the agencys budget. Performs payroll and billing duties with the support of the IHS Manager.
Participates on the community Leadership Team.
Evaluates agency performance via QA programs, productivity, quarterly and annual reviews, and satisfaction surveys.
Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of agency personnel.

RN/LPN is preferred but not required.
Possess a current CPR certification.
Have at least two years of management experience in a private duty or related organization.
Comply with accepted professional standards and practice.
Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Are self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
Are flexible and cooperative in fulfilling obligations.
