    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
    Creates and fosters an environment in which each Associate owns the Member experience.

    Drives branch service, growth and profit through an understanding of the branch's unique market attributes, Member needs, performance accountability, and recognition.

    Responsible for the development of an annual branch strategic plan with specific priorities, objectives and action plans.
    Ensures both skills coaching as well as professional development coaching is provided to each Associate. Works with staff to complete Development Tracks to help them continually learn and grow. Evaluates work performance of Associates through regularly scheduled reviews, recommends promotions, salary increases and corrective action when appropriate.

    Utilizes various systems to access financial, and production reports to assess branch performance and to make business decisions to promote profitability as well as the achievement of goals.

    Develops annual budget and maintains expenses and costs.
    Oversees all branch operations to maintain accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements and an efficient workflow.

    Supports the Credit Union's Enterprise Risk Management program by identifying, assessing, monitoring and maintaining adequate controls for risks inherent in branch activities.

    Shares knowledge with other branches and regionals on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
    Oversees security of the branch and conducts periodic audits.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    College degree in business or related field or equivalent knowledge.
    Five years relevant sales/ customer services experience in a financial institution is required.
    Three years of experience in coaching and developing employees. Preferably teams that have six (6) or more employees.
    Three years sales experience developing business relationships. Community involvement and relationship cultivating is an essential part of the role.
    Position may require working evenings, Saturdays, weekends, and early mornings.
    Final offers based on qualifications, internal equity, and the level of position offered. The annual pay range for the Branch Manager is $85,000 - $95,000.
