- Work with project stakeholders to define product and technical requirements, analyzing integration needs.
- Design and construct data processing pipelines using advanced AWS services and other software to handle data at scale.
- Acquire new data sources continuously to enrich audience datasets.
- Enhance and develop data tools and frameworks, along with maintaining data products and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Architects to contribute to the overall technical vision.
- Actively participate in improving the codebase and all team aspects, including agile ceremonies.
- Show deep expertise in process design, present technical choices internally, and oversee development documentation.
- Offer guidance to other Engineers and support their work.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Extensive Golang experience.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years with data applications and tools (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, etc.).
- 3+ years in designing and building ETL pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services like S3, EMR, etc.
- 3+ years using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or AWS CodeBuild.
- Proficiency with the command line.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with major database platforms.
- Preferred AWS certification and previous Freewheel MRM experience.
- Understand and follow our Operating Principles in your role.

Job Description
Our dynamic data teams are searching for a skilled Lead Data Engineer to contribute to the development of our next-gen Audience & Identity data platform. This platform manages large-scale data using state-of-the-art technologies to maximize its business value.
