- Report to the Regional Marketing Director
- Support regional marketing activities to enhance sales and revenue prospects
- Responsibilities include data tracking and presentation, training front counter representatives and technicians, developing local promotions, assisting with budget management and monthly financial reviews, and coordinating local events

- Manage special projects allocated, overseeing all aspects from planning to reporting
- Gather and handle competitive intelligence
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets related to marketing activities, communications, budget, and daily performance
- Assist in preparing customer notifications for employees and customers
- Coordinate and edit marketing materials and collateral
- Execute various tasks including proposal tracking, expense management, writing and editing, data extraction requests, and more
- Develop and implement sales strategies and incentives for customer service and technical teams
- Train customer service and technical staff on marketing campaigns and offers to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with regional departments, Field Operation Group, Corporate, and external vendors on diverse projects
- Organize and conduct marketing events to promote all Mediacom products and services
- Work commitment exceeding 40 hours may be required to ensure job completion
- Other duties as assigned
- Travel required, with occasional evening and weekend work
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of progressive experience in an advertising or marketing capacity preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs and intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
