    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
    Conduct product inspections, audits, and tests to identify defects and non-conformities.
    Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address root causes.
    Collaborate with Production and manufacturing teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
    Lead investigations into quality issues, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
    Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and inspection records.
    Participate in supplier quality management activities, including supplier audits and qualification assessments.
    Support customer quality inquiries and concerns, including resolution of quality-related issues and implementation of corrective actions.


    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.2+ years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in [insert industry].Strong skills in Microsoft suite; Excel advancedExperience with quality tools and CAPAExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
    Certification in quality engineering (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) is a plus.
    Bilingual in Spanish a plus
