We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Polisher with the below qualifications:
Utilize machinery & prioritize equipment usage to obtain the quickest lead times
Make suggestions for equipment, software, training, etc that would make the department more efficient
Operate and demonstrate ability on all polishing equipment and techniques
Assure that the quality of work is to the satisfaction of the internal customer (Tool makers) & Westfall Engineering guidelines
Utilize print as necessary to polish parts per finish requirements and within tolerance
Mark as complete on department schedule and move onto next operation
Mark as ready for the next operation in the next department if applicable
Train Entry Level employees as required
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to operate all polishing equipment in the department. 00 Per Hour (Based on education and experience)
