    Home Infusion Registered Nurse - Keizer, OR

    Location: Keizer, OR 97303
    Salary: $40-50/hr

    Join our Keizer team as a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, delivering compassionate and expert care directly to patients in their homes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional at-home infusion care tailored to individual patient needs.
    • Administer diverse infusion therapies with precision and care.
    • Monitor patient responses closely, adapting care plans as required.
    • Maintain meticulous treatment records, adhering to healthcare standards.
    • Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
    • Manage infusion equipment, ensuring the highest standards of care.
    Qualifications:
    • Nursing degree with significant RN experience.
    • Active OR nursing license.
    • Current CPR/BLS certification.
    • Willingness to travel locally.
    • Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software.
    • Dedication to serving the Keizer community.
    Additional Information:
    • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Temporary.
