    JOB DESCRIPTION DEPARTMENT: Human Resources

    POSITION: Human Resources Manager

    CATEGORY: Exempt - Supervisory

    JOB FUNCTION: Human Resources Operation Management, and program development

    QUALIFICATIONS: Bilingual in Mandarin Required

    EDUCATION: BA/BS required, MBA preferred

    EXPERIENCE:
    Progressive hand-on human resources management experience, HRIS is a plus, 8 years of professional related experience.

    SKILLS: Excellent communication skill, knowledge of Microsoft Office, ability to follow up on multiple tasks effectively, bilingual

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource service directly to assigned line organization
    • Will be accountable for the program management and implementation in areas of employee recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, leave management, strategic planning, workforce planning and succession planning, benefit and training
    • Focus on building HR infrastructure and support mechanisms, including job descriptions, career pathing, compensation analysis
    • Provide consultation to employee and managers of assigned organizations regarding compensation, benefits, employment performance management, EEO priorities, affirmative action planning

    Salary Range:$24/hr-$35/hr
