- Create and submit invoices to customers (AIA & customer specific).
- Apply cash received in accounting system and complete cash receipts.
- Resolve billing issues with Project Managers and Owners.
- Create and maintain CCC sworn statements.
- Perform analysis on AR aging and cash flow.
- Associate degree (preferred), or relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Project Management software.
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in construction industry a plus.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and instructions.
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced, team-oriented environment demonstrating attention to detail, and displaying sensitivity to confidential matters.
- High-energy, self-motivated, and able to complete defined tasks with minimal supervision.
