has an immediate opening for a Machine Operator on 2nd shift at our Fogelsville. Pa foam manufacturing plant.

This position is responsible for the safe operation of a specific piece of equipment in the Bedding department used to manufacture components and/or finished products for internal and external customers according to daily production schedules.

Carpenter Co. employees are committed to working hard to ensure production goals are met while maintaining operations excellence. This position will involve a combination of machine operation.

Visual inspection of assigned machine
Watch for defects in the material
Plan work flow with lead person or supervisor to ensure proper product is ready for the next production task
Perform quality checks.
Proper operation of assigned machinery
1+ year(s) manufacturing experience.
Basic Computer experience required and SAP preferred.
Forklift Experience preferred.
