    Description
    A reputable hospital in Southern New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse for its Med/Surg Units. The Med/Surg units include Post-Surgical, Neuro/Stroke, Ortho, and Oncology. The busy units range from 22 beds to 31 beds and care for a diverse patient population.

    In this role, you will provide compassionate care to patients and work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to plan and guide patients to a successful recovery.


    Responsibilities:
    Provide direct patient care for a diverse patient population.
    Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients' needs.
    Document care provided and the patient's progress toward desired outcomes.
    Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care after discharge.
    Administer medications to patients as directed.


    Qualifications:
    Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
    Active RN license.
    New grads and tenured nurses are welcome to apply


    Additional info:
    Part-time or full-time, permanent position
    32-36 hours/week
    Multiple shifts available; Days, Evenings, and Nights

    Compensation:
    $35-45/hr., depending on experience, + differentials.
