**Job Description:**
HIPAA manager for the company's benefits plans and programs
Review, negotiate and evaluation of Business Associate Agreements
Oversight and investigation of data incidents and breaches related to the company's benefits plans and programs
. Oversee our Data Access process for approval
Audit of system access
Oversight of organization's sharepoint sites
Responsibility for tracking of disclosed data and the attestation of data received and sent by our business and vendors
Constant interaction with our Legal department
Could also include aspects of:
Executing oversight and monitoring to minimize data security risks
Keeping inventory of all HR agreements, monitoring signatures and expiration dates
Requesting and overseeing NDA for new benefits suppliers
Overseeing Security Control process for potential new suppliers
Provide training or mentoring to less experience staff

$96, $144,000.00
