- Supervise the supply planning team for sites in the designated business unit/region, outlining objectives, performance metrics, and growth opportunities.
- Devise and execute strategies to boost service and inventory performance, along with process efficiency and enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with team members to roll out regional strategies and plans.
- Oversee the Rough Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP) process and planned production exceptions for designated supply points.
- Ensure planners schedule finished goods products across the three horizons: Integrated Business Planning, Demand Control, and Execution, focusing on the optimal balance between service, inventory, and costs.
- Facilitate effective collaboration with demand management/planning teams, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, customer service, and finance.
- Assess and supervise the performance of suppliers/tollers, manufacturing, and logistics.
- Manage the resolution of exception escalations.
- Lead and prepare demand control meetings, offering weekly and monthly performance analyses and action plans.
- Demonstrate leadership aligned with company values.
- Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in supply planning and/or integrated business planning within the paints and coatings industry, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), or retail sectors, with a focus on enhancing supply chains or consulting.
- 3 years of people management experience.
- Strong project management skills, capable of driving change across a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Must excel in listening.
- Effective analytical and decision-making abilities, adept at issue identification and resolution.
- Proficiency in English.

Job Purpose:
Act as the key link between the designated business unit/region and supply planning in North America. Establish and enhance processes and tools for carrying out planning activities. Supervise and guide Distribution Planners and Production Planners/Schedulers to ensure the timely delivery of services to customers.
